More Technical Difficulties and A Short Makeup Monday

Hey beauties!!! Wow, can I just say I've missed you guys a ton! I hope you all had absolutely fabulous weekends especially with that crazy full moon and lunar eclipse that hit on Friday! I know I sure did! First off let me preface with the fact that my laptop's power cord decided to randomly fall apart so I'm doing all of the updates on my iPad until the new one comes...so that started off my weekend, but it's okay because I got to go to Barney's on Thursday and play makeup with some of my favorite NARS makeup artists! Not only did we do a totally new look, they were super helpful giving me some last minute color suggestions for the wedding I did on Saturday, so it was you know, my own private heaven.

Needless to say yours truly lost her mind and picked up a bunch of new stuff, I can do a blog post on it if you guys are interested so please comment below! There were a few things that I just couldn't stop gushing over, the lip color Luxembourg I'm wearing in the picture above, which left a beautiful stain on the lips.

Also the triple threat cheek products I picked up which were the Sin and Seduction (which I ended up using on all of the bridal party) and the infamous highlighter Albatross that Kim Kardashian swears by, and for good reason! It warms up your face without making you shiny or sparkly just the most beautiful glow.

The final products were the eyeshadows I got, I ended up picking up the duo Isolde which were these beautifully warm frosted ginger and shimmery copper color...in the palette you just kind of think, meh...these look like the most boring neutral colors, but on my olivey skin tone and brown eyes it again, warms up your whole face, there's nothing even comparable.
(Isolde)

To use as a transition shade, I got Mediterranee which scared me at first because the duo consists of a muted gold and then this vibrant burnt orange (and of course we were using the orange...you know me and my neutrals). But this orange is just the epitome of a Perfect fall color and layered with the Isolde the colors just transfix you.
(Mediterranee)

But I also liked using the orange paired with the next duo I got with as a gift with purchase which was Taiga. They describe it as a pale gold frost and a gold infused pewter, but the reality is it's a cream and what I think is more of an olive green. I just died over this duo! The "green" paired with the orange is so fall and so unexpected I have to keep myself from wearing it everyday, though I did rock it at the wedding on Saturday!

Like I said I used a lot of the products I picked up for the wedding I did on Saturday but I was so busy I didn't get that many photos of my work! I do plan on doing a tutorial when I get my laptop back on the look I did for the bride! So keep an eye out for that. This weekend was just so wonderful I honestly felt so comfortable and happy making all those wonderful ladies look even more beautiful I couldn't stop smiling. I even had someone asked if I repped for Nars which just put me over the moon you guys!! (Lol I guess I do own a lot of their stuff...)

(Me at the end of the day tired, but extremely happy)

And remember

Love you guys! Thanks for bearing with me during all the craziness this past week and this week to come!

XO
